Horrified plane passenger realises he is sat behind Katie Price during a flight as star jets to Turkey with boyfriend JJ Slater for MORE surgery

It was the kind of mid-flight realisation no one expects — and it was all caught on camera.

A male passenger’s priceless reaction after discovering he was sitting directly behind Katie Price on a flight to Turkey has left social media in stitches.

The 47-year-old former glamour model was filming herself on board as she headed overseas with boyfriend JJ Slater for yet another round of cosmetic surgery.

Unaware of the comedy unfolding behind her, Katie — dressed casually in a khaki sweater — pouted and chatted to her followers, all while the man in the row behind slowly clocked her presence.

The passenger was seen peeking through the gap between the seats, before covering his face with his hand in apparent disbelief, then glancing skyward with a sigh.

Fans were quick to notice the moment in the clip Katie shared to her Facebook.
One wrote: “I can’t think of anything worse than getting on a plane and finding out I’ve got the seat next to you, Katie.”
Another joked: “By the look on that man’s face, there’s nothing worse than sitting behind you.”

Katie herself seemed far more focused on her upcoming procedures, telling her followers she’d hoped for a nap — but was “p****d off” about not having a window seat, and joked she hoped no “smelly” passenger would take it.

Originally planning a “his and hers” surgery trip with JJ, 32, Katie reportedly ended up flying solo for the operations after JJ had to pull out due to diabetes-related complications.

Just months after undergoing her sixth facelift in Istanbul last year, Katie was back in the same city last week for further enhancements — this time including a lip lift correction, brow lift, and eye lift.

She was later seen leaving her clinic, face bloodied and wrapped in bandages, wearing a fitted grey vest and khaki joggers.

Princess Andre Speaks Out

While Katie recovered in Turkey, her daughter Princess Andre, 18, was making headlines in the UK with the launch of her own reality show, The Princess Diaries.

During the debut episode, Princess opened up about being bullied over her looks as a child, admitting she “hated” her nose and lips, but insisted she would never follow her mother’s path into cosmetic surgery — at least not at her age.

She praised Katie’s confidence for posing topless in her modelling days, but described herself as “more reserved” and “easily embarrassed”.

Princess said:

“People think because my mum was a Page 3 model I have to be that confident too. Well done on her, but I could never do that. I used to get picked on for my nose being too big, my eyes too big, my lips too thin.
When I discovered makeup, I realised I could enhance my features — and that made me feel more confident.”

Although she isn’t opposed to cosmetic procedures in general, Princess revealed that Katie had been the one to advise her against surgery, telling her she’s “beautiful the way she is”.

Over the years, Katie Price has undergone an array of procedures, including at least 16 breast surgeries, three nose jobs, and six facelifts — a record she has openly discussed and even laughed about.
