The future of Clarkson’s Farm is officially locked in — and for fans of Diddly Squat, it’s news worth celebrating.
Since bursting onto Amazon Prime Video in 2021, the documentary series has followed Jeremy Clarkson as he attempts to run Diddly Squat Farm in the heart of the Cotswolds — battling brutal weather, baffling regulations and the relentless realities of modern farming.
Alongside Clarkson, viewers have grown fiercely attached to the show’s breakout cast: no-nonsense farm manager Kaleb Cooper, Clarkson’s partner Lisa Hogan, straight-talking land agent Charlie Ireland, and dry-stone waller Gerald Cooper.
Series Six Gets the Green Light
Four series have already aired, with series five completed and ready to drop. Now, multiple reports confirm that Amazon bosses have officially signed off on a sixth series — cementing the show’s future.
Filming for series five wrapped last year, with the new season expected to land on Prime Video in spring 2026. Insiders say cameras quietly began rolling again in January, as winter tightened its grip on the farm.
A source said:
“Jezza didn’t waste any time getting back into the fields. Things have gathered pace quickly, and the team is already lining up another season.”
The ‘TV Break’ That Never Really Was
The announcement comes after Clarkson revealed in December 2025 that he planned a short break from television — his first real pause in over 40 years.
But even then, he admitted it wouldn’t last long.
“You finish one series and immediately start again,” he said. “Because farming doesn’t stop.”
With Kaleb temporarily working in Australia and Clarkson juggling other commitments, he finally attempted to slow down — with one caveat.
“If it snows,” he joked, “we’ll start filming again.”
‘We’ll Definitely Do Six’
Clarkson has also made it clear he has no plans to walk away just yet.
“We’ll definitely do six — Amazon want to and I want to,” he said.
“I’ll stop when I run out of ideas… and I’ve still got a couple left.”
While an official air date for series five hasn’t been confirmed, it’s widely expected to arrive around April or May 2026.
Clarkson Hits Out at AI Hoaxes
The renewal news follows Clarkson’s recent anger over a wave of AI-generated hoaxes circulating on Facebook — falsely claiming tragedies at Diddly Squat Farm.
Fabricated stories alleged that Gerald had died, Lisa had left Jeremy, Clarkson had broken his leg, and Kaleb had welcomed another child — all paired with convincingly fake images.
“All complete nonsense,” Clarkson wrote, admitting the posts were particularly upsetting for Gerald, who worried his family would believe the claims.
Plenty Still Growing at Diddly Squat
From stubborn sheep to digital misinformation, the obstacles keep coming — but so do the viewers.
With series five imminent and series six already underway, Clarkson’s Farm remains one of Prime Video’s biggest success stories.
And for fans, the message is clear:
Diddly Squat Farm is very much still open for business 🚜🌾
