Christine Lampard has opened up about her marriage to former football star Frank, revealing a surprising confession about their relationship! The Loose Women presenter, who has been married to Chelsea FC legend Frank since 2015, admits there’s one milestone they missed… but not without a twist!
The couple, who have been together for 17 years, share two children – Patricia, seven, and Freddie, four – alongside Frank’s daughters, Luna and Isla, from his previous relationship.

In a candid new interview with OK! Magazine, Christine, 47, was asked about the challenges of being apart while Frank, 47, works as the manager of Coventry City FC. Christine, who resides with their children in Chelsea, West London, admits she does miss him but says, “We’ve never known anything else,” adding, “I motor on.”

Despite their busy lives, she says they’re a “strong unit” and “never fight,” but there is one thing they definitely argue about – Frank’s habit of washing his hands so messily that it looks like a “tsunami’s hit!” A laugh-worthy moment for the couple, she admits.
And here’s the big shocker: When asked if they would renew their vows, Christine revealed, “I would! We were 10 years married in December, though, so we missed the boat. We were too lazy.” She adds, “Do we wait for 20 years? I’d want a big celebration back home where the kids could play a part. I’d love that.”
In a candid moment, Christine also revealed why it took her a whole year to meet Frank’s daughters, Luna and Isla, when they first started dating. “I didn’t want to come into their lives only for things to fall apart three months later. I wanted to be sure Frank and I were in it for the long haul,” she explained. “It took about a year before I met them, and we did what felt right for us.”
But would she have done anything differently? Christine’s not so sure, but says, “It was what felt right at the time.”
