But in an interview with Vanity Fair in 2015, recently published to coincide with the documentary Man on the Run, Paul explained how Yoko, now 93, shared this deeply personal theory with him. 📽️💬

Paul recalled:
“I swear she rang me shortly after John died and said, ‘You know, I think John might have been gay.’ I went, ‘I’m not sure.’ I said, ‘I don’t think so. Certainly not when I knew him.'”

In the interview, Paul also reflected on his own relationship with John, describing how the two shared many experiences during their time in the 1960s, surrounded by women and living a fast-paced, rock-and-roll lifestyle. 🌟🎸

“John and I spent a lot of time together, and there was never anything like that between us. We were with girls all the time. I saw a lot of girl action with him, but nothing ever happened between us,” Paul added. 😳
