Nancy Guthrie was last seen on January 31, after being dropped off by a family member at her home in Tucson, Arizona. The next morning, February 1, she was reported missing after failing to attend a friend’s gathering. Police believe she was taken from her home during the early hours of February 1.

Pima County Sheriff’s Department spokesperson Angelica Carrillo confirmed that investigators are not ruling out the possibility that more than one person was involved in Nancy’s disappearance. The theory comes after a masked individual was captured on Nancy’s doorbell camera that night, and neighbors have provided new surveillance footage to help piece together the events.

Law enforcement has been working with various agencies, including the FBI, in search of answers. DNA analysis is underway, and blood found at the scene was confirmed to belong to Nancy. The investigation has also uncovered more potential clues, including surveillance images showing a suspect with a gun holster and an Ozark Trail backpack from Walmart.

The case has stretched into its 20th day, with authorities urging anyone with information to come forward. Nancy’s pacemaker, which was disconnected from her phone shortly after the suspect was seen on camera, is also being used in the investigation. Authorities are hopeful that it will eventually provide a breakthrough.

A $1 million reward has been offered by the Guthrie family for information leading to Nancy’s safe return, while the FBI has offered an additional $100,000. As the investigation deepens, the community and authorities continue their search for answers.
