The couple, who had been together for eight years, are said to have called it quits after a heated confrontation on Thursday night. Sources claim that Matt stormed out of the party and has since blocked Charlotte on WhatsApp, leaving her unable to contact him.
A close source revealed, “Charlotte and Matt have split – and this time, she’s saying it’s for good. Charlotte was devastated when it happened. She’s been unable to talk to him because he’s blocked her on WhatsApp.”
Charlotte, who recently launched her own tanning brand, appeared to be trying to stay strong, though it’s clear she’s heartbroken. The insider added, “She’s trying to stay strong but she’s definitely had enough of Matt.”
This split comes a year after the devastating cheating scandal that nearly ended their relationship. Charlotte revealed how she found out that Matt had been “sexting” another woman in August 2024, which caused significant strain in their relationship. Despite the betrayal, the couple chose to stay together and even announced they were expecting their third child, Noah, Jude, and Gigi.
Opening up about their strained relationship, Charlotte told Closer magazine: “Noah’s lack of routine and his co-sleeping with us has been quite straining on our relationship as well. He only wants to go to bed when we do, so we don’t have that time to talk and have tea together, and that’s so important. I feel like once Noah starts school, we’ll find us again.”
Charlotte admitted the emotional toll of discovering Matt’s infidelity. “I’ve seen the messages… they’re not nice, it really hurt,” she said. Despite the pain, they continued their relationship, though things were never quite the same.
During a podcast episode, Charlotte revealed how their emotional rollercoaster continued but added, “He is trying, but I just want to shake him.”
