But in typical soap style, their special day is overshadowed by a murder and their original wedding venue is cancelled at the last minute.
The episode will see Lisa enlist Sally Metcalfe to round up their pals and arrange a surprise wedding reception in Underworld.
Actress Vicky Myers, who plays Lisa, told the Sun: ‘It’s something that Ryan says, that Carla had said to him.
‘It’s basically about how Carla just wants to marry Lisa. Any hour, any venue will do! And that sets something off in Lisa.

She then walked over to her before cupping her face and the two shared a passionate kiss, leading to a steamy session behind closed doors.
As the show returned after a short ad break, Carla could be seen standing in the kitchen as Lisa approached her, dressed in just a robe.
The chemistry between the two intensified when Lisa stood by the bedroom door cheekily said: ‘Get back in here, you!’ sparking another intimate moment.

Later, during a conversation on the sofa, Carla admitted it was her first time being with a woman, aside from a few drunken kisses with friends as a teenager to impress boys.
As the episode played on, the happiness between Carla and Lisa was short-lived as Lisa’s daughter, Betsey, pieced together that the pair had been intimate after noticing Lisa wearing Carla’s top.
Furious, Betsey lashed out, accusing Lisa of disrespecting her late mother, Becky, by being with someone new on her birthday.
Lisa attempted to defuse the situation, explaining that they hadn’t slept together until the day after Becky’s birthday.
Despite the clarification, Betsey remained angry, prompting Carla to try to calm things down.
‘I know I didn’t know Becky,’ Carla said, ‘but I’m sure she’d want Lisa to find happiness.’
Betsey, unconvinced, stormed off, declaring that Becky was worth far more than Carla.
The heated exchange left Lisa questioning whether she had made the right choice in pursuing the relationship.
