And while Coleen is overjoyed with her new healthy lifestyle, she’s clear about one thing: “I don’t want to lose any more weight. I’m happy with where I’m at now.” The focus is on maintaining a balanced life and keeping a healthy relationship with food.

“I’ve been single for a year, and now I genuinely want to meet someone,” Coleen says. “I didn’t want to go back to the dating apps, so I thought, why not try it on TV? I’m feeling more confident than ever.”
Though dating in your sixties might seem intimidating, Coleen is up for the challenge—on her terms. “It’s a minefield out there,” she admits, with a laugh. “I get a lot of attention from younger men sliding into my DMs, but my rule is, I don’t want to date someone I could’ve given birth to!” And when it comes to men her own age, she’s got a firm stance: “The minute someone says, ‘We’re too old for that now,’ I’m out. I’m 61, but mentally I’m 35. I want someone who still wants to live, laugh, and do fun things.”
While she’s keeping mum about whether she finds love on the show, Coleen admits she had the time of her life filming Celebs Go Dating. “The friendships were the best part of it all,” she says, smiling. “We’re all in touch on WhatsApp, and it was really sad when it ended.”
When she’s not filming, Coleen is a staple on Loose Women, where she’s been a trusted voice for over two decades. But with recent ITV budget cuts, she’s got more time to explore other TV projects—and she’s not slowing down anytime soon.
“I’d absolutely do more reality TV,” Coleen reveals. “I’ve begged to do Strictly Come Dancing, and I’d love to be on I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Life’s too short to say no to opportunities.”
Beyond TV, Coleen is happiest at her Staffordshire farm, living a laid-back life surrounded by animals and her family. “Today, I’m all glam for the cameras, but tomorrow I’ll be home, no makeup, hair scraped back, covered in horse muck,” she laughs. “I’ve got horses, pigs, goats, dogs, cats, chickens—it’s a lot, but it’s my dream life.”
Family remains her anchor, and her bond with her children and grandchildren is at the heart of everything she does. “It’s chaos, but it’s the best kind,” she says of the life she shares with her kids and grandkids. “I just love being a grandma, even when I’m exhausted!”
