Lee, 42, who married Katie in January, was meant to travel to the UK to join her on the show but missed his flight, later claiming last-minute business commitments.
In a candid moment on her podcast with sister Sophie, Katie joked about the search for her husband, captioning a post: “Where’s Wal-Lee?” She admitted frustration over Lee’s repeated delays, saying: “I just want him here, just to visit here and shut everyone up that he can get here.” Sophie didn’t hold back either, describing Lee as a “fking dkhead” and insisting Katie deserves better.
Lee later posted a video claiming he was at the airport and en route to the UK, denying rumours of being detained. He insisted: “I’m on my way to my wife… I love you so much, Katie, I’m on my way to you, and sorry it got delayed.”
