Helen Flanagan and her ex Scott Sinclair were spotted together once again as they completed the long-awaited move out of their £995,000 family home, signaling a surprising moment of reconciliation following a bitter fallout. The mother-of-three, 35, managed to sell the sprawling six-bedroom Lancashire mansion for £500,000 below its original asking price.
Despite the emotional upheaval of the sale, Helen seemed lighthearted as she laughed and joked with Scott while overseeing her belongings being loaded into a removal van. The former Coronation Street star had reportedly wanted to remain in the home after their split in 2022, which added tension to the process.
Originally listed at £1.5 million in May last year, the property underwent several price reductions before finally selling at £995,000. The sale now marks the end of an era for Helen, Scott, and their three children – Matilda, ten, Delilah, seven, and Charlie, five – as they prepare to leave the home that was meant to be their forever residence.
Scott Sinclair, still listed as the sole owner in Land Registry records, will reportedly take home around £155,000 from the final sale if the agreed price is confirmed. The house boasts floor-to-ceiling windows in the entrance hall, an open-plan living area, a showpiece kitchen with a generous breakfast bar, a formal dining room, five reception rooms, six bedrooms, and six bathrooms, including two-bedroom suites with private living rooms and en-suite showers. Surrounded by manicured gardens and gated access, the home was built for both family comfort and entertaining.
Helen and Scott were together for 13 years before their high-profile split, which reportedly involved ongoing tensions over living arrangements. Sources revealed that Scott, who paid for the house and its bills, felt the six-bedroom property was too large for Helen to manage alone with the children. However, Helen resisted moving, emphasizing the importance of stability for the kids and proximity to her parents.
“The relationship has completely broken down,” a close source said. “They no longer communicate directly – everything goes through her parents.” Helen had also invested considerable money into renovating and redecorating the home, further tying her to the property.
