Cat Deeley has been seen enjoying a getaway in Spain following her recent split from Patrick Kielty after more than a decade of marriage. The 48-year-old TV host was spotted dining with a friend at a restaurant in Sitges on August 2, days after the couple confirmed their separation.
In a joint statement, Cat and Patrick, 54, said: “We have taken the decision to end our marriage and are now separated. There is no other party involved. We will continue to be united as loving parents to our children and would therefore kindly ask for our family privacy to be respected. There will be no further comment.”
Cat’s friend, freelance hairdresser Ben Skervin, shared a highlight reel from their trip, describing it as “an adventure,” to which Cat commented: “I love you.”
A fellow diner observed that Cat looked subdued and a touch crestfallen, understandably affected by the marriage split. She appears to be leaning on close friends during this difficult time.
Cat Deeley, a staple of British TV since the late 1990s, moved to the US with her family to present “So You Think You Can Dance” and later returned to the UK. She took over from Holly Willoughby on “This Morning” alongside Ben Shephard in 2024.
Cat and Patrick married in 2012 at an intimate ceremony in Rome and share two sons, Milo, born January 2016, and James, born June 2018. Their family now resides in a £4.9 million 1950s home in Hampstead, with Harry Styles as one of their neighbours.
