The couple, who married in 2018 and share three children – Theodore, seven, Gigi, five, and Otto, four – are expecting their fourth child. Earlier, Vogue celebrated her baby shower in Howth, Ireland, with her closest friends, wearing a striking pink dress that sparked speculation among fans about the gender of her new arrival.
