Freddy Brazier has shared an emotional update on his personal life, revealing that although his relationship with the mother of his baby daughter has ended, his feelings for her have not.
The 21-year-old model and television personality, who welcomed his first child earlier this year, has spoken candidly about fatherhood, heartbreak, and the life-changing lessons he’s learned since becoming a dad.
Fatherhood Has Changed Everything
Freddy and former partner Holly Swinburn announced their relationship in 2025 and welcomed their daughter, Isla Jade, just a few months ago. The baby’s middle name pays tribute to Freddy’s late mother, Jade Goody, whose death from cervical cancer in 2009 profoundly shaped his childhood.
Although the young couple experienced an on-and-off romance before eventually separating, Freddy says becoming a father has completely transformed the way he sees life.
Speaking openly about his current situation, he confirmed that he is single—but insists romance is the last thing on his mind.
“I’m single, but I’m a dad,” he explained, adding that he has no interest in dating or meeting new people.
“I’m Still in Love With Her”
Despite the breakup, Freddy admitted his feelings for Holly remain strong.
He revealed that he still loves the mother of his daughter and continues to care deeply about her, saying fatherhood has given him an entirely new perspective on relationships and respect for women.
Rather than rushing into another romance, Freddy says his priority is being the best father he can be for baby Isla.
His honest admission has resonated with many fans, who praised the maturity he has shown during what has clearly been an emotional chapter in his life.
A Daughter Who Reminds Him of Jade Goody
Freddy recently shared another touching moment while talking about his daughter, revealing that Isla has inherited the same eyes as his late mother.
He said he can already see qualities from both sides of the family in the little girl, describing it as an incredibly special feeling.
Although Isla is still only a baby, Freddy hopes that one day he’ll be able to tell her all about the grandmother she never had the chance to meet.
He has previously spoken about wanting Jade’s memory to remain an important part of his daughter’s life as she grows older.
Repairing Family Relationships
Freddy also reflected on his relationship with his father, Jeff Brazier, after the pair experienced difficult periods in recent years.
The father and son famously appeared together on Celebrity Race Across the World, and Freddy says he now has an even greater appreciation for everything Jeff has done for him.
According to Freddy, becoming a parent himself has helped him understand his father’s sacrifices in an entirely new way.
He also joked that although Jeff became a grandfather at just 47, he has embraced the role wholeheartedly and adores spending time with little Isla.
Opening Up About Mental Health
Alongside adjusting to fatherhood, Freddy has continued working on his own mental health.
He acknowledged that he struggled with unhealthy coping mechanisms while growing up but says becoming a dad has motivated him to make positive changes.
Freddy has since partnered with the mental health charity Mind, explaining that he wants to encourage more honest conversations about emotional wellbeing while continuing to work on himself.
For the young father, life may have taken an unexpected turn over the past year, but his focus remains clear: raising his daughter, supporting those he loves, and building a healthier future—one step at a time.
