Speaking about her daily diet, Amanda revealed that she follows advice once shared by fellow actress Elizabeth Hurley, choosing to eat one substantial meal during the day rather than constantly snacking.

Her mornings typically begin with a nutritious egg-white omelette filled with spinach, feta cheese and avocado, accompanied by a refreshing green juice. After that, she usually doesn’t eat again until the evening.

As a vegetarian, Amanda believes her diet naturally leans toward healthier choices.

“I’m probably accidentally quite healthy,” she explained, while admitting she still enjoys good food and doesn’t believe in strict restrictions.

She also confessed that one indulgence she refuses to give up is an Aperol Spritz—especially during the warmer months.

Reflecting on the event, she described it as one of the most unforgettable hosting experiences of her career, praising the electric atmosphere, spectacular fashion and elaborate hair creations that transformed the evening into what she laughingly called “a rave for hairdressers.”
