Southern Hospitality’s fourth season finished airing earlier this year.
While Bravo has yet to confirm there will be a fifth season, a recent rumor sprang up that shocked fans.
Specifically, the Instagram account @queensofbravo said that, allegedly, “I’m hearing from multiple sources that Southern Hospitality has been renewed for a fifth season and Leva [Bonaparte] is OUT!”
In the wake of those rumors, Reality Blurb spoke exclusively to an insider to get to the bottom of what’s going on.
The source confirmed the show is indeed “experiencing” major “shake-ups,” but it is definitely returning for a fifth season.
”The show is going to see some cast members fired, some still there, and a fresh look that fans will not see coming,” they added.
When pressed if Leva is fired and if controversial cast member Emmy Sharrett, who had a lot of issues with her co-stars last season, will be returning, they said they were not able to “confirm” the rumors but also refused to “deny” them.
As Reality Blurb reported, Leva recently unfollowed longtime cast members Joe Bradley and TJ Dinch and shaded them as “f*cking losers.”
“Looks [like] there’s drama between some of the cast of Southern Hospitality and Leva,” an insider dished to Bravo and Cocktails on Instagram on July 17. “She unfollowed some of them. She unfollowed both TJ and Joe.”
Then, on Leva’s Instagram Story, she posted a pointed message, writing, “Not being liked by f*cking losers is usually a good sign.”
TJ also shared a telling post on his Instagram regarding his hot dog business, Sir Wieners, on July 16.
“It felt criminal not posting for National Hot Dog Day yesterday… But honestly, I’ve been so focused on what’s next that I haven’t really stopped to reflect. For a long time, I let someone convince me that I needed them for my dreams to become reality. That I was moving too fast. That I should stay where I was. That my future depended on staying under someone else’s umbrella instead of building my own,” TJ stated.
“I started believing it. But at some point, you have to ask yourself if you’re living your own story or someone else’s. So I’m betting on myself,” he added. “[Sir Wieners] was never just about hot dogs. It’s proof that sometimes the biggest leap you can take is walking away from what feels comfortable and trusting yourself enough to build something from the ground up. Maybe I’ll fail. Maybe I’ll succeed. But every win, every mistake, every lesson will be mine. I finally stopped asking for permission and started believing I was enough all along.”
TJ then revealed that brick-and-mortar stores for Sir Wieners were coming soon to Charleston and Richmond, Virginia.
“STAY TUNED,” he concluded.
While TJ and Joe have worked for Leva at her club Republic for years, TJ doesn’t appear to be working there anymore, and Joe removed any mention of it from his bio.
To date, no one has released an “official” statement confirming any of the rumored feuds.
