Alyssa Farah Griffin, co-host of The View, recently revealed an emotional update about her 2-month-old son, Justin, who is currently recovering from a major surgery in the ICU. In a heart-wrenching admission, Alyssa opened up about her son’s condition and their challenging weekend in the hospital.
Although the details of the surgery were not shared, Alyssa mentioned that it had been a critical operation, leaving her and her husband, Justin Griffith, spending time at the hospital during the difficult period.

“It went beyond well. The doctor said he’s doing better than expected, hitting every milestone. He’ll never know he had it,” she shared. The positive news was a relief for the new mom, who also said, “He’s smiling, flirting with the nurses. He’s totally his father’s son.”

Despite the intense situation, Alyssa returned to her work on The View shortly after her baby’s recovery, acknowledging the immense support she had received from her family and care team. “I’m definitely a shell of my former self, but little Justin is the most magical addition to my life,” she expressed on the show.
This emotional journey was shared on The View’s podcast, where Alyssa expressed how drastically her life has changed after becoming a mother, a transformation she described as something she now feels in every fiber of her being.
Alyssa’s fans have flooded her with love and support, celebrating her resilience through such a challenging time.
