Bobby Brazier couldn’t hide his delight as he doted on his niece Isla Jade on Saturday, just weeks after it emerged that her parents, Freddy Brazier and Holly Swinburn, had split once again — and this time reportedly for good.
The 22-year-old former EastEnders star, son of the late Big Brother sensation Jade Goody and TV presenter Jeff Brazier, was all smiles as he cradled the two-month-old, with his father sharing the precious moment on Instagram captioned: “Uncle Bobby x Isla Jade.”
Freddy, 22, and Holly, also 22, welcomed their first child in March after rekindling their relationship, but friends say tensions quickly escalated, turning their union “toxic.” Sources reveal the couple “are no longer talking” and that the split has grown “very, very hostile.”
“Freddy and Holly have struggled to make things work. It’s become volatile and explosive,” one friend told Daily Mail. “They were thrilled to become parents, but sadly, it seems the relationship has become unsustainable. Freddy is struggling, Holly is adjusting to life as a new mum — it’s an absolute mess.”
The young couple’s rollercoaster romance began on TikTok in June 2025, with pregnancy news announced just two months later. But by November, cracks had already appeared after Freddy allegedly partied and smoked cannabis at Holly’s home while she was away. Despite reconciling earlier this year, Freddy reportedly moved out last month and even flew to Gran Canaria following disputes over family visits, particularly involving his grandmother, Jackiey Budden.
Family tensions have long been a feature of the Brazier household. Freddy’s father Jeff, 46, has often clashed with Jackiey, 68, over her influence on the boys, and court orders were once sought to limit her contact with Freddy. Yet, since Isla Jade’s arrival, Jeff has embraced grandfatherhood with open arms, sharing heartwarming snaps of him cuddling his granddaughter and praising her parents.
While Freddy and Holly navigate their new co-parenting reality amid lingering hostilities, Bobby’s joy with Isla provides a rare, tender family moment. On Instagram, his radiant smile and gentle care for his niece offered a glimpse of light amid the ongoing drama surrounding the young family.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Freddy’s representatives for comment.
