Bobby Norris has opened up about spending more than £50,000 on cosmetic fillers before undergoing a facelift, while also revealing his desire to finally end a seven-year feud with former friend Gemma Collins.
The 39-year-old former The Only Way Is Essex star appeared on The Vanessa Feltz Show on Wednesday, discussing the decade of “abusing fillers” that led to his decision to have facial surgery. Bobby candidly explained: “I think the penny is slowly dropping that I’m really open… I’m not gonna put the genie back in the bottle. It’s important to be honest for people who follow and watch on social media and TV.”
Bobby shared that his procedures included changes to his nose, teeth, hairline, beard, cheeks, face, and neck, alongside multiple liposuction treatments and buccal fat removal. Reflecting on the journey, he admitted: “Sometimes you aren’t aware of how you look until you see certain pictures… I don’t look like me anymore.”
Vanessa highlighted photos of Bobby from when he first joined TOWIE in 2012, showing his natural, baby-faced look prior to the cosmetic work. Bobby emphasized that surgery isn’t instant magic: “It’s not like you walk through the door and have a new face in 20 minutes. That isn’t the reality.”
Aside from cosmetic revelations, Bobby addressed his long-standing feud with Gemma Collins. “I’d say let’s catch up, go have some lunch. We used to have the best times… It wasn’t anything overly deep. Loyalty is important, but sometimes people can’t match the effort you give.”
Since rising to fame on TOWIE, Bobby has been transparent about his procedures, even shutting down false speculation about gender reassignment surgery in 2024. Cosmetic surgery expert Dr. Mo Hamed highlighted that Bobby’s extensive procedures, including jawline and cheek fillers and 360-degree liposuction, have transformed his appearance significantly.
