The singer, 46, was married to the TV personality, 45, from 2002 until 2006, and the former couple share daughters Molly, 24, and Lilly-Sue, 23. Kerry also has three other children from previous relationships: Heidi, 19, Max, 18, and DJ, 12, with the late George Kay.

During the concert, Brian quipped that he wore white to their wedding just to annoy Kerry, before adding, “It’s ok, it’s ok we’re friends now, I follow her on Facebook.” He joked about the challenges of parking outside her house on Father’s Day, insisting it was a “nightmare” despite having two grown daughters. He quickly reassured the audience, “I’m only joking. Course I don’t follow her on Facebook.”

Reflecting on the marriage, Brian admitted that their relationship faced difficulties from the start, confessing he cheated on Kerry on the night of his stag do with a lap dancer. The couple split in 2006, and Kerry has since revealed that Brian’s infidelity triggered childhood trauma, stemming from her early struggles with foster care and her mother’s mental health issues.

Brian has since remarried Danielle Parkinson, while Kerry is dating personal trainer Paolo Margaglione. The exes rarely see each other now that their daughters are adults. Kerry has previously described their first marriage as “all fake and phoney,” telling The Mirror: “Obviously first marriage I thought it would last forever… it wasn’t real, it wasn’t meant to be — it wasn’t what I wanted, it was all fake and phoney.”

Despite the rocky past, Brian insists that they have managed to bury the hatchet and remain on friendly terms for the sake of their children.
