Cameron Diaz, 53, and her husband Benji Madden are overjoyed to announce the birth of their third child, a son named Nautas Madden. The couple, married in 2015, are already parents to daughter Raddix, born in December 2019, and son Cardinal, born in March 2024, both of whom were welcomed through surrogacy.

Benji shared the heartwarming news on Instagram, expressing their excitement, “We are Happy, Excited, and feeling so BLESSED to announce the birth of our third child, Nautas Madden. Welcome to the world, Son!!❤️”

Although no photos of the newborn were shared, Benji posted a picture of a ship with the name Nautas, which means “Sailor, navigator, voyager” — “One who embarks on a journey and fears not the unknown.”

Cameron, who took a break from acting to focus on family, expressed her joy as a mother, saying, “I love being a mother. It’s the best, best, best part of my life.” The couple’s family continues to thrive, and Cameron has recently returned to acting, starring in the upcoming films Outcome alongside Keanu Reeves and The Sham in New York.
Their journey to parenthood has been a long one, as they turned to surrogacy after struggling with fertility. Cameron has openly discussed the challenges of becoming a mother later in life and the pressures that come with it. “I’m just trying to stay alive just like every other mother,” she said, reflecting on the joys and challenges of raising her children at 53.
Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden’s love story continues to inspire as they navigate parenthood and their careers. With this new addition to their family, the couple’s happiness and gratitude shine through.
