Speaking candidly about her new chapter, a source close to Cat told The Sun, “She’s living life to the fullest right now. She’s not opposed to dating again, but it has to feel right. Cat isn’t the type to jump into apps—though maybe Raya could be on the horizon—she’s not closing herself off to possibilities.”

After 13 years of marriage, Cat and Patrick decided to go their separate ways, but remained committed to co-parenting their two sons, Milo, 9, and James, 7. Their split came after months of rumors, especially following Cat’s absence at Patrick’s mother’s funeral in March of the previous year, which left fans questioning the state of their relationship.

We had to get out.”

Since relocating to London, Cat has thrown herself into her role as a This Morning co-host alongside Ben Shephard. The new gig came after a major shake-up at ITV, following the departures of Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby.
