Kansas City Chiefs star Creed Humphrey may be known for protecting quarterbacks, but off the field, it’s his girlfriend Ana Demmer who’s protecting him.
As the couple approach their second anniversary this February, the 27-year-old center revealed that Ana has been his constant anchor during one of the toughest seasons of his career.
“She’s my biggest supporter. My biggest fan. Week in and week out,” Creed shared. “She understands the grind because she was a college athlete herself. She knows what a season can do to you.”

And this season has been brutal. For the first time in a decade, the Chiefs missed the playoffs — but Humphrey says Demmer never let the pressure break him.
“She’s always keeping things positive, always lifting me up,” he added. “She does an amazing job.”

Ana has become a familiar face to Chiefs fans, regularly posting behind-the-scenes moments from Arrowhead and sweet snapshots from their life in Kansas City. One early training-camp post captured Creed before a shower with the caption:
“When he makes time for you but hasn’t showered yet 🥰🥴 Year five, let’s get it baby!”
And on Creed’s birthday last July, Ana poured her heart out:
“You are as rare as they come. Your spirit is joyous, your heart is warm, and your soul is rooted. Loving you has been my greatest adventure.”

When the couple celebrated their first anniversary in February, Creed shared a carousel of their memories, writing:
“A year full of amazing moments and laughter. Can’t wait for more. Happy anniversary babe, I love you.”
Even teammate Travis Kelce hit the like button — a subtle nod that love really does live inside Chiefs Kingdom.
