Kaleb Cooper, star of Clarkson’s Farm, has shared a heartbreaking photo of his barn wreckage after a devastating fire ripped through his property. The 27-year-old farmer, known for his role alongside Jeremy Clarkson on Amazon Prime Video’s Clarkson’s Farm, posted an image on Wednesday of the smoke-filled barn, revealing that his entire straw supply had been destroyed in the blaze.

“I’m having a bad day,” Kaleb captioned the photo, humorously adding, “Anyone got any straw? Lost all mine (sic).” The fire, which started inside the barn, came as a major blow to Kaleb, who had been building his smallholding nearby, where he keeps chickens, pigs, and sheep.
Kaleb’s rise to fame in 2021 as the trusted sidekick of Jeremy Clarkson on Clarkson’s Farm brought him global attention. Since then, he’s used his platform to raise awareness about farming and share his experiences with fans worldwide. His popularity even led to a 2024 tour, The World According to Kaleb, which saw fans traveling from as far as Australia and New Zealand to attend his shows.
Despite his growing fame, Kaleb remains dedicated to his farming dreams. “Everything I’ve done since Clarkson’s Farm has been to draw attention to farming, to share what it’s really like in the industry,” he said. He has written books, launched a charity single, and even gone on a theatre tour, all with the goal of promoting agriculture.
Kaleb’s personal life is also flourishing—he’s a father to three young children with his fiancée Taya. The couple shares sons Oscar, 3, and Ashton, 8 months, as well as a daughter, Willa Grace, who is two years old. Kaleb dreams of one day owning a farm with tens of millions in the bank, and he’s joked about making extra money through platforms like OnlyFans, quipping, “Do you want to sign up to my OnlyFans?”
In a recent interview, Kaleb shared his ambitious goals for the future, imagining a farm with 60 dairy cows, 200 beef cows, 5,000 chickens, and 1,000 acres of arable land. He also dreams of opening his own farm shop, making his own cheese, and building a highly successful business. However, he admitted he’d need about £20 million to make all of his plans a reality.
While the fire has been a setback for Kaleb, he remains determined to keep pushing forward with his farming goals. He’s focused on using his fame to make a positive impact on the agricultural industry, all while keeping a sense of humor about the ups and downs of his journey.
