The jungle is calling again — and ITV has just given fans a tantalising first glimpse of I’m A Celebrity… South Africa ahead of its highly anticipated 2026 return.
The broadcaster confirmed earlier that the hit spin-off will be back for a second series, and on Saturday (February 21) it officially cranked up the excitement with a cheeky teaser that aired during Britain’s Got Talent.
Ant and Dec Spark Jungle Panic
The brief clip showed beloved hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly sitting around a crackling campfire in the South African wilderness when a mysterious noise echoed through the darkness.
A visibly rattled Ant asked, “What was that?”
Dec casually replied, “It’s just a big cat.”
To which Ant instantly panicked: “A big cat?! No way!” — before bolting off into the night, with Dec chasing after him.
The words “Coming soon… I’m A Celebrity: South Africa” flashed across the screen, instantly setting social media alight.
An All-Stars Jungle With No Public Vote
Unlike the main series, I’m A Celebrity South Africa is an All Stars edition, bringing back some of the most unforgettable campmates from previous seasons. The stakes are higher than ever: brutal trials, unexpected twists, no public vote, and just one ultimate winner.
The first series aired in 2023 and was filmed in Kruger National Park, featuring 16 episodes packed with drama and endurance challenges. Myleene Klass was crowned champion, with Jordan Banjo finishing second and Fatima Whitbread taking third place.
Rumoured Line-Up and Return Date
While ITV has yet to confirm the celebrity cast, rumours are already swirling around potential returnees including Gemma Collins, Harry Redknapp and Scarlett Moffatt — names guaranteed to bring chaos, comedy and controversy.
The exact air date remains under wraps, but the show is expected to hit screens in Spring 2026.
With the original I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! having aired since 2002 and racking up 484 episodes across 25 series, it’s clear the franchise shows no signs of slowing down.
