Jack Osbourne has addressed online trolls claiming he is ‘grossly underweight,’ insisting that he is ‘perfectly healthy.’ The 40-year-old son of late rock star Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne took to social media to set the record straight after his appearance on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! at the end of last year, where he lost weight during the show.

Following the series, Jack weighed 11st 2lb, the lightest he has been as an adult. In a new video, he said: “I cannot believe I’m having to actually make this video. If I see one more thing written about me saying how ‘I’m sick, I’m grossly underweight. What’s going on? It’s f***ing insane.’”

He continued: “I have lost no weight since I got out of the jungle, six months ago. The only difference is I shaved my beard and opted for a creepy moustache. That’s the only difference. Now, if we want to get personal, I’ve been consistently but slowly losing weight for the last three and a half years. I shot up to about 220 pounds three and a half years ago and decided I wanted to make some changes. I’m five foot eight and a half and 155 pounds (around 11 stone). It is perfectly healthy.”
Jack also revealed that he is training hard at the gym and practicing jiu-jitsu. He previously underwent a major weight loss transformation when he gave up drinking and overcame drug use, which was documented on his TV show Jack Osbourne: Adrenaline Junkie.
During his stint on I’m A Celeb, Jack spoke about the physical toll of the show, including malnutrition fears, bruises, and discomfort from sitting on hard logs. He shared candidly that his stomach muscles hurt due to insufficient food intake and joked about wanting to smuggle a comfy camping chair into the camp.
Jack’s sister Kelly Osbourne has also faced online criticism over her changing appearance after losing weight following Ozzy Osbourne’s death. Despite the trolling, Jack remains focused on his health and fitness, asserting that he is in good condition and committed to maintaining his wellbeing.
