In a deeply emotional post shared to Instagram, Jeff Brazier, 46, has revealed sweet moments with his newborn granddaughter Isla Jade, as he vows to share the memory of her late grandmother, Jade Goody.
Freddy, Jeff’s son, and his girlfriend Holly Swinburn, who recently reunited after a period of separation, introduced their baby daughter Isla Jade Brazier earlier this month. The couple paid tribute to Jade by naming their daughter after her, honoring the memory of Freddy’s late mother, who tragically passed away from cervical cancer on Mother’s Day in 2009 when Freddy was just four years old.
Since Jade’s death, Jeff has been the primary caregiver for Freddy and his older brother, Bobby. To mark the arrival of his granddaughter, Jeff posted a photo holding little Isla in his arms, sharing a touching message about her and the impact her grandmother will continue to have on their lives.
The heartwarming post included a photo from the hospital where Jeff, his sons, and Holly posed together shortly after the birth. Alongside the images, Jeff wrote, “Dear Isla Jade, you have no idea how deeply loved you are. There are so many good people standing behind you, and a very special angel watching over you. Mummy and Daddy gave you her name, and we’re going to tell you all about her.”
Jeff continued, “You already feel like the greatest gift. I will be forever grateful to Mummy and Daddy for filling my heart and bringing such joy into our lives. Freddy and Holly, who met on TikTok in June 2025, have had a turbulent relationship. After initially announcing their pregnancy, they split in November following tensions, including Freddy’s partying behavior and allegations of neglect. However, since rekindling their relationship this year, Freddy has committed to being the best father he can be.
In a dramatic twist, Holly later expressed her concerns about how their relationship was portrayed online, especially regarding their decision to keep their family matters private. She recently shared on TikTok that she’s determined for her child to grow up with dignity, not as part of a reality series or documentary, despite rumors of a family-based show.
