The Good Morning Britain host, 59, was on hand to see off Liam, 57, as he set off on the tandem cycling challenge with his pal Serge Kogan. The ride is part of the Duchenne Dash, a charity event raising vital funds for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy research, a heartbreaking condition that affects children.
While Kate and Liam have kept their relationship low-key, their closeness is undeniable.
