The touching family update arrives shortly after Princess Andre spoke publicly about the relationship between her mum and dad, Peter Andre.
Katie and Peter, who were married from 2005 until their divorce in 2009, spent years keeping their distance following a highly publicised split. Earlier this year, however, they announced they had reached a mutual understanding, choosing to prioritise their children and create a more peaceful family environment.
That new chapter will be reflected in Princess’ upcoming reality series, The Princess Diaries, with both Katie and Peter making separate appearances.
Katie features in the opening episode during a glamping trip celebrating Princess’ birthday, while Peter also takes part elsewhere in the series.

Although fans may hope to see the former couple reunited on screen, Princess admitted that’s unlikely for now.
She explained that while her parents are getting along much better, they are not at the stage of sitting down together on camera.
Brother Junior echoed that sentiment, saying the important thing is that the relationship is now amicable.
“They’ve got a truce, but they’re not best friends and they don’t need to be,” he said.
He added that having both parents involved in the series means a lot to him and Princess because they’re proud to have their whole family represented, even if Katie and Peter never actually share scenes together.
Princess also said she enjoys having her loved ones involved because it makes the experience far more meaningful, adding that the series shows families don’t have to be perfect to move forward.
