In the early hours of last Sunday, Kelly Osbourne was spotted at the luxurious Broadwick Hotel in Soho, enjoying an intimate moment with a mystery companion. As the drinks flowed at Lily Allen’s after-party, whispers started circulating about the nature of their relationship. A party-goer shared with the Daily Mail, “They were all over each other all night and were hardly trying to hide it.”
What many didn’t know was that the 41-year-old reality star had recently split from her fiancé, Sid Wilson of Slipknot, after four years and 27 years of friendship. The inside source added, “It was clear Kelly and her new friend shared a very close bond.”
This mystery companion has been revealed as Kiinicki, a 37-year-old non-binary hairdresser from Los Angeles. Kiinicki has been a “shoulder to cry on” for Kelly since the death of her father, rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, in July 2025.
Kelly and Kiinicki, who have matching tattoos and spent the day together before the after-party, have formed a strong connection. Kelly recently posted a playful photo of them in bed with her son, Sidney Jr, all wearing nappies on their heads. 
Just months ago, Kelly’s life was full of joy and excitement as she got engaged to Sid, but following Ozzy’s death, things took a turn. Their relationship struggled, and ultimately, Kelly and Sid made the difficult decision to part ways.
