A dream come true for Joaquin Consuelos! At just 23, the talented son of Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos has made his Broadway debut in Death of a Salesman, and his proud parents couldn’t be more thrilled. The opening night, held on April 9, saw the young actor shining on stage, with Kelly and Mark cheering him on every step of the way.
“I couldn’t believe it,” Kelly shared on Live with Kelly and Mark. “Seeing Joaquin up there—breathtaking. The entire production, the cast, the staging—just incredible!” She couldn’t hide her excitement, revealing how surreal it felt to witness her son starring on Broadway. “If you told me years ago, when he was a newborn, that he’d be performing on Broadway in Death of a Salesman, I would’ve thought you were crazy!”
While Kelly missed the preview show, respecting Joaquin’s wishes, Mark was there from the start. He attended the very first preview on March 6, and was all praises for his son’s performance. “He was amazing. I didn’t blink once during the entire three-hour play… I cried!” Mark added, urging everyone in New York to catch the show before it ends on August 9.
With his impressive debut, Joaquin’s journey is just beginning. His remarkable role is lighting up the Winter Garden Theatre, and his proud parents are ready to support him every step of the way. 🌟
