Lisa was awarded the house as part of her £31m divorce deal from Ant, 49, in 2020 before she purchased a property nearby where she currently lives

Lisa Armstrong has finally closed the chapter on her marriage to Ant McPartlin, accepting a £3.2 million offer on their five-bedroom west London home. The property, originally valued at £7–8 million, was severely damaged by a fire in September 2023, dropping its market value to less than half.

The makeup artist purchased the house with Ant in 2006 and, following their split in 2017, had rented it out before putting it on the market. Sources say Lisa is “delighted that the last remnants of her marriage have been finally put to bed.”

Despite its sale, potential buyers face a restoration challenge, with fire-damaged walls and floors still visible. The home features an 80ft south-facing garden, a self-contained studio, gym, and games/cinema/bar room.

Lisa received the house as part of her £31 million divorce settlement in 2020 and now lives nearby in a separate property. Meanwhile, Ant has moved into a Surrey mansion costing over £10 million, joining other high-profile neighbours including Sir Cliff Richard and Stormzy.

The couple briefly reunited last month for the heartbreaking decision to put down their 12-year-old dog, Hurley, following a vet visit.

A dramatic end to a high-profile chapter in celebrity life, with luxury homes, fire damage, and personal closure all intertwined.
