Olivia Bowen has officially become a mother of two. The former Love Island star, 31, has given birth to a baby girl with husband Alex Bowen — and the couple have revealed her sweet name: Siena Grace.

The pair, who are already parents to three-year-old son Abel, admitted they were “bursting with love” as they introduced their new arrival in an emotional family post. Olivia could be seen beaming at her husband while holding their newborn close, with little Abel wrapping his arms around his new baby sister.

“I can’t even find the words other than to say our beautiful girl Siena Grace is here, and we are all bursting with love,” Olivia wrote. “It wasn’t an easy ride, but every second was worth it a thousand times over. I love my babies.”

The star also shared a touching snap of tiny knitwear embroidered with Siena Grace’s name, surrounded by flowers — a symbolic gesture welcoming their daughter into the world.

Their announcement was quickly met with a flood of congratulations from fellow Love Island alumni, including Francesca Allen, Kendall Rae Knight and Samie Elishi. Too Hot to Handle star Emily Miller wrote: “Congratulations you guys,” while Geordie Shore’s Nathan Henry added: “Congratulations, guys.”

She shared a heartwarming video of the pregnancy so far and wrote in the caption: 'A moment, a love - baby no2 - we're waiting for you.'

Olivia first revealed her pregnancy in February with an Instagram video capturing the moment they found out, alongside touching family scenes of Abel kissing his mother’s growing bump while wearing a “big brother” T-shirt.

The couple, who first found fame on season two of Love Island in 2016, finished as runners-up. Their romance has been strong ever since: Alex proposed later that year in New York, and the pair tied the knot in Essex in September 2018.

Fame, Fortune, and Struggles After the Villa

Olivia and Alex’s post-Love Island life has been a whirlwind of brand deals, TV appearances, and even their own show, Olivia and Alex Said Yes, on TLC. They’ve built a property portfolio worth millions while also settling into family life.

But Olivia has been candid about the darker side of motherhood. After Abel’s birth in 2022, she admitted struggling with postpartum body image and postnatal depression.

After the birth of her first child, Olivia admitted that she 'really really struggled' with her postpartum figure so much so that she 'hated' herself 'beyond belief'

In a raw conversation on Giovanna Fletcher’s Happy Mum, Happy Baby podcast, Olivia confessed: “Pregnant — loved it. Loved how I looked, loved my bump. But after… I hated myself beyond belief. I compared myself to other women in the public eye who had babies at the same time and thought, ‘I don’t look like that. I need to bounce back.’”

Determined to regain her figure, she pushed her body too far, too soon. “I ended up breaking my stitches, horse riding too early, and causing real damage,” she revealed. “Even though I knew better, I still would have done it again.”

Her candid honesty struck a chord with fans. She admitted she didn’t even feel like a mother at first: “I loved my baby, but I didn’t want anyone to call me mum. I felt like I’d lost my whole identity.”

Building a New Future

By 2024, Olivia had begun to think long-term. Knowing Love Island fame would eventually fade, she invested heavily in property while pursuing her passion for interior design. “My dad always taught me about the importance of property. It’s something I want to build my life on,” she explained. Olivia and Alex tied the knot in a luxurious Essex ceremony two years after meeting on Love Island during series two

The couple purchased their first home in Essex in 2017, followed by multiple investments, including rental properties in Birmingham and beyond. In 2023, they sold one house for £500,000 more than they paid, before buying a plot of land for £250,000. Just last month, they finally moved into their dream Essex home — complete with an “ocean room” for Abel and a nod to the Love Island villa in Mallorca where they first met.

Now, with baby Siena Grace completing their family of four, the Bowens are entering a new chapter — one filled with challenges, triumphs, and the kind of raw honesty that has made Olivia such a relatable figure for fans everywhere.
