Vogue Williams has teased fans with a sneak peek into the “mad” name she and husband Spencer Matthews have chosen for their fourth child. The presenter, 40, shared the revelation during the latest episode of her podcast My Therapist Ghosted Me, joking: “I’m just going to warn everyone, the name we love is f**d. Okay. It’s mad.”
Vogue and Spencer are already parents to Theodore, seven, Gigi, five, and Otto, three, and she admitted that having a fourth child adds its own chaos: “Everything associated with the fourth kid is going to be away with the fairies.” She also revealed that, while the first name is bold, they plan a normal middle name to give the baby choice later. 
The pregnancy comes after Vogue suffered two heartbreaking miscarriages, including one last year at 12 weeks, which left her feeling like her body had failed her. Despite these challenges, she described their excitement at welcoming another addition: “We feel really fortunate. This one’s been harder to get to, but we’re thrilled.”
Her co-host Joanne McNally added humorously: “In your defense, having four kids is f**d. La La Land begins now!” Vogue laughed, sharing that friends were stunned when they heard the baby’s name for the first time, calling it “the heaviest hitter yet.”
