In what can only be described as a live TV nightmare, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos found themselves in an unforgettable moment when a dog decided to relieve itself right on set during their Live! show. The hilarious—and somewhat awkward—incident occurred on the episode featuring Dr. Will Draper, a veterinarian, during the Raise the Woof Week segment.

As Kelly and Mark had been discussing canine behavior and smells, one of the dogs took a rather unfortunate detour and pooped right behind the hosts. The audience gasped, and Kelly, visibly horrified by the smell, couldn’t help but exclaim, “Wow, that’s pungent!” 🤭

Dr. Will, clearly unaware of what was happening, asked, “What did I miss?” before Kelly burst into laughter, pointing out the “pungent” smell and the mess right behind the unsuspecting veterinarian. Mark tried to make light of the situation, but Kelly’s awkward laughter took over the moment. 🤣

This unexpected moment of comedy was a first for daytime TV and has certainly left fans in stitches. The dog’s surprise timing couldn’t have been more ironic, as Dr. Will had been talking about dog smells and how they help ease anxiety. The furry friend’s actions were definitely the opposite of what Dr. Will had intended to discuss.

You can’t make this stuff up! But here’s the burning question—how will this live TV poop moment affect the show’s future dog-related segments? 🐕💩
