Reality star Sophie Kasaei has shared a heartbreaking update as her partner Jordan Brook fights for his health in hospital — calling it the “worst month” of their lives.
Just weeks before welcoming their first child, Sophie is facing every expectant mother’s worst nightmare. Jordan has been hospitalised for over two weeks after being diagnosed with viral meningitis and encephalitis — a dangerous combination affecting the brain.
“Still such a scary time… but every day Jord shows strength,” Sophie shared.
But behind the hopeful words lies a far more terrifying reality. Jordan has been suffering seizures, with doctors closely monitoring his condition as swelling in his brain worsens.
“Seizures are scary to witness… but he’s in safe hands.”
As Sophie enters the final stage of her pregnancy, the emotional toll is overwhelming.
“Worst month of our lives. I never wish this on anyone.”
In the middle of fear, hospital visits, and uncertainty, one thing is keeping them going — their unborn baby.
“Our baby keeps him going… he keeps us all going.”
Jordan himself revealed the severity of his condition in an emotional message from his hospital bed:
“This isn’t something small or minor… I’ve got viral meningitis and encephalitis together.”
He is currently undergoing intensive treatment, including IV antivirals, pain management, and seizure monitoring, while struggling with even the most basic daily tasks.
Despite everything, Sophie is holding on to one hope:
“I pray for the day he comes home… so we can prepare for our baby together.”
This devastating chapter has left fans rallying around the couple — a stark reminder of how quickly life can change.
“Life is so unpredictable… it makes you appreciate everything so much more.”
