Dr. Markham’s Fury and the Quest for Payback
Dr. Markham’s motivation for targeting Diane is intensely personal. He will no doubt wake up absolutely furious once the pills Diane used to drug him finally wear off. From his perspective, this nightmare scenario is the perfect opportunity for severe payback.
In reality, Dr. Markham is seeking his own cold vengeance because Diane cleverly tricked him into believing she had genuine romantic feelings for him, only to turn around and drug his food. His bruised ego, combined with his secret, shady alliance with Patty, makes him a dangerous wildcard.

Regardless of Kyle’s efforts, Diane’s legal mess is on track to get significantly worse once Dr. Markham chimes in with his professional opinion.
