“I do it because I want to be strong — like boss-strong. I want to always be able to pick up my babies with ease and carry double buggies when I need to,” she said. “Yes, my body has changed, but I loved it last year and I love it now. I’ve always been beautiful, no matter the shape or size.”
Her advice to followers: “Don’t commit to fitness just for the looks. Do it so you can wrestle your teenager and carry your toddlers in 40°C heat — you’ll enjoy the journey more.”
