The Kansas City Chiefs staffer has revealed she was left in tears after Taylor Swift quietly handed her $600 during the team’s final home game of 2025 — a gesture she says arrived during the darkest season her family had faced.

Just months earlier, Robyn’s children had lost their grandmother — the woman who made every Christmas magical.
“She was the one who decorated, who made it special,” Robyn told TMZ. “Everything is hard now.”

So when Taylor, there to support fiancé Travis Kelce, began wishing staff Merry Christmas and tipping workers — despite not having to — Robyn says it felt like something out of a movie.

“My whole paycheck for two weeks,” she wrote in her original Facebook post. She had just spent the same amount trying to give eight children the best Christmas she could. When Taylor handed her the cash, Robyn broke down in tears.
