BREAKING SILENCE

Princess Andre has finally broken her silence on her mother Katie Price’s headline-grabbing marriage to Lee Andrews, lifting the lid on what she really thinks — while revealing she has yet to meet her new stepfather.
The 18-year-old daughter of Katie and singer Peter Andre had remained notably tight-lipped since news emerged that her mother had quietly tied the knot for the fourth time during a lavish ceremony in Dubai.
Katie stunned fans earlier this month when she announced she had married Lee, a so-called businessman who has since been the subject of a string of eye-opening exposés surrounding his work and past relationships — adding yet another layer of intrigue to the whirlwind union.
Now, Princess has spoken candidly about the marriage, insisting she is choosing neutrality — at least for now.
“She’s crazy, but it’s my mum,” Princess told The Sun. “I mean, if she’s happy, I’m happy. No, I haven’t met Lee — and yes, I’ve seen Mum since she got married.”
Her comments come as she opens up further in the first episode of her new ITV reality series, where Princess reflects on growing up surrounded by very public heartbreak — and what that taught her about love.
“I’ve seen first-hand what heartbreak can look like, and my mum is the prime example,” she explains on the show. “She’s had so many people do her wrong, and growing up seeing that has given me a real eye-opener of what people can be like.”
The experience, Princess admits, has left her cautious when it comes to her own romantic future.
“Because of that, my guard is up,” she says — before sweetly adding that seeing her father’s relationship with his wife Emily MacDonagh gives her hope. “I look at my dad and Emily and think true love does work.”
Elsewhere in the episode, Princess also addresses a long-running family rift — confirming that her parents Katie and Peter have finally called a truce after years of bitter public fallout.
She says the peace has come as a huge relief for both herself and her brother Junior, allowing them to focus on being a family without being caught in the middle of old arguments.
Earlier this month, Katie and Peter jointly confirmed that their war of words was officially over, saying they were committed to creating a “calm and supportive environment” for their children.
The former couple married in 2005 after meeting on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! and welcomed two children — Junior, now 20, and Princess — before their abrupt split and divorce in 2009.
After more than a decade of acrimony, they released a statement confirming they had reached a mutual agreement to “close the door on the past” and move forward with “positivity and respect”.
They added: “We are both focused on creating a calm and supportive environment for our children. We have reached a mutual agreement, both legally and personally, confirming that neither of us will speak negatively about the other going forward.”
Peter had previously revealed that Junior and Princess came to live with him in 2018 “for their safety”, admitting that staying silent for years had been “frustrating”. In a 2025 Instagram statement, he said family court orders had formalised the arrangement — claims later addressed by Katie’s representatives, who said the matter was now being handled by her legal team.
For Princess, however, the priority appears clear: peace, perspective — and protecting herself from repeating the pain she watched unfold growing up.
As Katie’s latest marriage continues to dominate headlines, Princess’s calm but revealing comments offer a rare glimpse into how the story looks from inside the family — and why she’s choosing to keep her distance, at least for now.
