The Today Show family has quietly closed ranks around Savannah Guthrie as she endures the unimaginable — her beloved mother, Nancy Guthrie, still missing after being taken from her home in Arizona.

Sources tell The U.S. Sun that producers, hosts and crew members have stepped in to help care for Savannah’s two young children while she remains away from the studio, focused entirely on her family’s crisis.

Nancy, 84, is believed to have been abducted from her home in Tucson on February 1. Investigators are urgently trying to identify an armed, masked man seen on chilling doorbell footage outside the property on the morning she vanished.

Savannah, 54, immediately took leave from the show and rushed to Arizona alongside her siblings. The family later released emotional videos pleading for information, amid reports that ransom messages had been sent to media outlets.

A source revealed that Savannah’s husband, Michael Feldman, was photographed landing in Arizona recently — marking the first time the couple had seen each other in nearly three weeks.

According to insiders, the Today Show team has gone above and beyond, not just to support Savannah emotionally, but to help keep life as stable as possible for her children, daughter Vale, 11, and son Charley, 9.

“Producers, crew members and hosts — including Jenna Bush Hager — have spent time with the family to help keep the kids’ routine as normal as it can be right now, and to support Michael however they can,” the source said.

“They’ve all stepped up. Everyone wants to help.”

Savannah had been scheduled to travel straight from the show to cover the Olympics on February 2, with her flight booked for that evening alongside other Today Show colleagues. Instead, everything changed overnight.

“The show is trying to balance covering the story — because viewers care deeply about Savannah — while also being incredibly sensitive to what she and her family are going through,” the source added.

“It’s been somber and surreal around the set. Everyone knows Nancy. Everyone loves her. There’s still shock.”

Despite being away, Savannah is said to be keeping in touch with colleagues via text messages.

Arizona authorities have publicly cleared Savannah and her family, including siblings and spouses, as suspects. Two men were briefly detained and questioned by the FBI and Pima County Sheriff’s Office — including a convicted felon whose home was searched — but both were later released.

Investigators continue to work through leads. Local gun shop owners have reported being contacted by law enforcement and shown photo packets containing between 18 and 24 names and images that may resemble the masked individual seen in the footage.

Philip Martin, co-owner of Armor Bearer Arms, told local CBS affiliate KOLD that his shop was asked to review the images against its records, though no matches were found.

The FBI has described the suspect as a male approximately 5ft 9in to 5ft 10in tall, of average build, wearing a mask and carrying a black backpack.

As the search continues, the reward for information leading to Nancy Guthrie’s return — or the arrest of those responsible — has risen to $202,500, boosted by an anonymous $100,000 donation alongside contributions from the FBI and crime-prevention groups.

For now, Savannah’s television family remains firmly by her side, united in hope — and waiting for answers no family should ever have to beg for.
