Paddy posed shirtless in black joggers for the Menâs Health cover, holding a 20kg weight plate to show other “regular blokes” that transformation is possible, no matter where you start. “Iâm 52, and itâs nice to show people that itâs attainable,” he said.

The 75-day challenge, part of the intense 75 Hard Program, isnât for the faint of heart, requiring strict discipline and a demanding exercise routine. Paddy embraced the challenge through sheer willpower, kicking a two-month binge-eating habit and pushing himself harder than ever.
“Iâve felt a clarity Iâve never had before. It changed something in my brain,” he revealed, reflecting on the transformation. However, despite the hard work, he treated himself to a curry and milkshake after completing the challengeâonly to realize it wasnât as fulfilling as he thought. “I ate it, but I felt like sh*t. It made me rethink my habits,” he added.
Paddy also got real about mental health, sharing that his journey made him more aware of the importance of seeking help. âI wouldnât want to end up in that space where everyone thinks youâre fine when youâre not,â he said, showing vulnerability and stressing the importance of mental well-being.
