Josie Gibson has found happiness in both love and life, sharing her joy with fans after publicly revealing her new boyfriend, Sam Wolfenden, and their exciting wedding plans following his grand proposal. The This Morning presenter, who recently celebrated an incredible 5-stone weight loss, couldn’t hold back her emotions, telling everyone, “My heart is full of happiness.” 💖 
Josie, 41, and Sam, 33, have been inseparable ever since they met, first bonding while filming a segment for This Morning. Their connection quickly turned into something much deeper, and it was clear during their time at the Cheltenham Festival, where they displayed their chemistry to the world. The couple’s love has only grown stronger, with Josie feeling more content and happier than ever. 
“It’s not just about having a beautiful man by my side – although I am very lucky in that regard – but it’s also about feeling truly stable and happy with myself,” Josie shares. Her weight loss journey, which she achieved through natural methods rather than surgery, has allowed her to feel confident and empowered, and her relationship with Sam only adds to her newfound sense of joy.
