Claudia Winkleman has done the unthinkable: she launched her very own BBC chat show… and then told viewers not to watch it.
The Traitors host returned for her second episode on Friday evening, welcoming celebrity guests including Niall Horan and Hollywood star Rachel Zegler. Yet despite the high-profile line-up, some fans weren’t impressed. Social media quickly erupted with comments calling the show “boring”, “a poorly rehashed Graham Norton”, and even “she only comes alive when there’s a dog on. Stick to Crufts, Claudia!”
Claudia herself appeared to agree. Speaking on Heart Radio Breakfast, she joked about the first episode:
“The first one was so awful… let’s pretend it never happened. I suggest people don’t watch. You ever cook something disastrous for guests and just try to wipe it from existence? That’s basically what I did.”
