Geordie Shore star Holly Hagan has welcomed her second child with her husband, footballer and fitness coach Jacob Blyth, sharing the happy family news in a touching hospital video.
The 33-year-old reality star safely gave birth to a baby girl, with Jacob later taking to social media to celebrate the emotional moment and praise his wife for giving him what he described as one of life’s greatest gifts.
In the sweet hospital footage, Jacob could be seen beside Holly and their newborn daughter, capturing a deeply personal moment for the couple as they began life as a family of four.
Writing on Instagram, Jacob shared his love and gratitude, saying: “Thank you for delivering one of the greatest gifts a man can receive… a daughter. Yesterday’s feeling will stay with me for the rest of my life.”
He added: “Here’s to raising our little family together.”
The couple are already parents to their three-year-old son Alpha-Jax, though they have not yet revealed the name of their new baby girl. 
The arrival came during an especially meaningful week for the family. Their daughter was born just one day before Holly and Jacob’s nine-year anniversary. 
Jacob also marked the milestone by writing: “Happy Anniversary to the wifey. 9 years together, 4 years married. What a week this is for us. AJ’s birthday, baby girl’s birthday, anniversary.”
Holly responded emotionally in the comments, writing: “What a special week. So grateful for our little life! Love you so much.”
Holly and Jacob first revealed they were expecting a baby girl in December, sharing a heartwarming gender reveal video with fans. In the clip, Jacob set off a confetti cannon while Holly held Alpha-Jax beside a Christmas tree.
Before the reveal, both Holly and Jacob admitted they were hoping for a girl. Holly said she had been feeling “girl vibes,” while little Alpha-Jax sweetly said he wanted a baby sister. 
Their wish came true when pink confetti burst into the air, leaving the family screaming, jumping and hugging in celebration.
The joyful birth announcement comes after an incredibly painful period for Holly, who has been grieving the loss of her half-sister Darci Rose.
Darci was just 19 when she passed away, leaving Holly and her family devastated.
In a deeply emotional statement at the time, Holly said her sister had passed away peacefully while holding her hand, surrounded by family and close friends. She described the loss as immeasurable and said her family had been left traumatised by what happened.
Holly also thanked the ambulance crew and hospital staff at Manchester Royal Infirmary for giving Darci the best possible care and allowing the family precious final moments with her.
The TV star later reflected on Darci’s beautiful personality, remembering her as funny, loving and full of life. She said Darci had been a wonderful auntie to Alpha-Jax and that one memory she would always treasure was seeing her sister playing with him on a bouncy castle during his birthday.
Holly also shared that Darci had hoped to go into social work after finding a passion for helping children.
Despite the grief, Holly said she felt her sister had given her strength and believed Darci was watching over the family as their guardian angel.
Now, after months of sorrow, Holly and Jacob’s baby girl has brought a new light into their lives — arriving during a week already filled with birthdays, memories and love.
