Make-up artist Lisa Armstrong is celebrating a major milestone in reclaiming her life — she has officially severed all remaining ties to her ex-husband Ant McPartlin, after selling the couple’s former West London marital home. The lavish five-bedroom property had lingered as the “final thread” connecting her to the turbulent chapter of her past.
After more than two years on the market, Lisa has accepted a lower offer, with the sale now “sold subject to contracts” for £3.2million — a sharp drop from the £4million asking price when it first went up in May 2024. The home, originally purchased for £2.3million in 2006, boasts an 80ft south-facing garden, a gym, cinema room, and a garden studio.
A source close to Lisa said she is “over the moon that the last remnants of her marriage have finally been put to rest.”
The journey hasn’t been smooth. Lisa had been renting out the property after her divorce in January 2018, but in September 2023, disaster struck when a fire caused more than £1million in damage. Friends say Lisa handled the setback with resilience, determined to finally close this chapter.
Another emotional tie to her past — her beloved dog Hurley, at the centre of custody disputes during the divorce — had passed away, ending the last reason for any contact with the TV star. Friends recall Lisa being “beyond heartbroken” over the 12-year-old pooch.
Since her split from Ant, Lisa has built an impressive property portfolio, bolstered by a reported £31million divorce settlement. She bought a house near Oxford in 2024 for over £700,000, and in 2020 added another West London home worth £3.8million.
Meanwhile, Ant, 50, the famous half of the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! double act, is now married to his former assistant Anne-Marie Corbett, 46, with whom he shares a son, Wilder, born May 14, 2025. His troubled past includes a drink-driving crash just two months after Lisa filed for divorce, which led to a substantial fine, a 20-month driving ban, and a rehab stint.
For Lisa, selling the West London home is more than a property transaction — it’s a symbolic exhale, a final severing of the past, and a triumphant step into the life she is building on her own terms.
