EastEnders fans are in for a glittering treat as Strictly Come Dancing sensation La Voix is set to make a dazzling cameo on Albert Square – just in time for a very special Pride celebration at The Queen Vic.
Ahead of the appearance, the BBC gave fans an exclusive first look at La Voix in full glamour: scarlet lipstick, fiery red locks, and a luxurious emerald satin dressing gown with feathered cuffs. The sparkling diamond hoops completed a look fit for a showstopper.
The star’s arrival on EastEnders coincides with a playful rivalry between Walford’s two iconic pubs, The Queen Victoria and The Prince Albert, both vying to host the ultimate Pride festivities.
Speaking about joining the soap, La Voix said: “It was an absolute joy to step onto the iconic EastEnders set and become part of a programme that means so much to so many people. Walking around Albert Square for the first time was a real pinch-me moment! Filming this special Pride episode made the experience even more meaningful.”
La Voix added: “To celebrate love, community, and being proud of who you are on a show that’s always been at the heart of British culture is something I’ll never forget. Everyone was so welcoming, and I can’t wait for viewers to see what’s in store.”
Fans immediately flooded social media with excitement over the announcement, praising the crossover of Strictly glamour and EastEnders drama.
Executive Producer Ben Wadey welcomed La Voix to the show, saying: “I’m delighted to welcome La Voix to Walford as we prepare to celebrate Pride, EastEnders-style. We hope the audience enjoy her special guest appearance as much as we enjoyed having her on set.”
This cameo marks yet another milestone in La Voix’s glittering career. Earlier this year, she represented the UK in Eurovision, sharing the stage with celebrities from across Europe in a star-studded spectacle. Now, she’s bringing that same energy to the heart of Walford, promising a Pride episode fans won’t forget.
