Ant McPartlin has revealed he’s dreaming of growing his family even bigger, just two years after becoming a dad for the first time.

Speaking on the latest episode of his podcast Hanging Out with Ant and Dec, the TV star admitted: “I’d have loads more kids. I mean, I’m too tired, but I would have more kids.”

Co-host and lifelong friend Declan Donnelly, who shares daughter Isla and son Jack with wife Ali Astall, agreed: “It’s hard work, but oh yeah, it’s lovely though.” Ant nodded: “It’s the best.”

Ant and Anne-Marie, married since 2021, have kept their son largely out of the public eye, sharing only a single photo after his birth. In the image, Wilder is snuggled on his dad’s chest, resting against a family tree tattoo etched with loved ones’ names.NINTCHDBPICT000901360335

“It changes you for the better. All of the sleepless nights, the early mornings, the tiredness is worth it,” Ant added, reflecting on fatherhood.

The doting dad revealed he’s long wanted a family. He first became stepdad to Daisy and Poppy before Wilder’s arrival, explaining: “I had a really great introduction to fatherhood because I got to talk to them straight away.”Ant and Dec sitting at a table with microphones, in front of a television displaying "Hanging Out With Dec Ant & Dec Ant & Dec Ant & Dec Ant"

This isn’t the first time Ant has expressed a desire for a larger family. In March, he confirmed he’d love three or more children, saying he feels incredibly lucky to have built his blended family with Anne-Marie.London Celebrity Sightings - September 4, 2021
