Katie Price turned heads as she stepped out for the official launch of her new Sky Original documentary, Katie Price: Nothing to Hide, in London on Monday night.
The 48-year-old former glamour model showcased the results of her recent corrective lip surgery, which she had flown to Brussels to undergo. The procedure addressed scar tissue and migration from previous lip fillers, leaving her looking refreshed and confident.
Katie opted for a striking figure-hugging black dress that revealed her intricate back tattoos, pairing it with platform black heels and bold yellow nails. Despite having shared snaps of her bruised and swollen lips earlier in the week, the TV star looked radiant, with minimal scarring visible beneath her nose thanks to her expert makeup team.
The red carpet event saw Katie accompanied by her mum Amy and stepdad Paul, alongside stars including Michelle Heaton and Katie Piper. She also posed for a snap with Louis Theroux, as the documentary shares the same production team behind his Netflix hit Inside the Manosphere.
The four-part series promises an intimate look at the star, combining extraordinary unseen footage with candid first-time testimony. A bombshell trailer reveals appearances from Katie’s ex-husband Alex Reid, as well as former boyfriends Gareth Gates and Dane Bowers. In the preview, Katie reflects on her past relationships, admitting, “I know I’ve made mistakes. It’s very hard to explain me but I’ve got nothing to hide. I am what I am.”
Her exes offer insight into their time with Katie, with Alex Reid describing, “She emasculates me,” while Gareth Gates appears serious as Katie’s voiceover adds, “I know I’ve hurt people deeply.” Dane Bowers also makes a cameo, reflecting on their past romance.
Katie’s mother Amy, friends Kerry Katona and Michelle Heaton, and her older brother Dan provide heartfelt contributions throughout the series. Co-founder and creative director of Mindhouse, Arron Fellows, said:
“Katie’s 30 years in the spotlight have been truly extraordinary. This series doesn’t shy away from the good, the bad, and the ugly. It’s an unexpected reappraisal of a woman many think they already know, crafted to be jaw-dropping, tender, and utterly unpredictable.”

Katie left the premiere beaming as she posed for photos with her family, proving once again that she is unapologetically herself ahead of a documentary that promises to show the real woman behind the headlines.
