Traci told an unconscious Jack this week that Ashley, their sister, was coming to visit him on The Young and the Restless. Spoilers for Friday, July 10, 2026, reveal that Traci is a woman of her word as Ashley comes home to visit Jack. Also, Victor is going to make a surprising announcement, and Nikki struggles with her new condition.
“A” is for Ashley
Ashley is always welcomed back by her family when she returns to Genoa City. On Friday’s episode, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) comes home to visit Jack (Peter Bergman). Her presence will likely do Jack a world of good!
Ashley is a great defender to have on your side. Might we get to see Ashley and Patty go at it? There’s no love lost between the women, and now that Patty has stabbed Jack, the tension between the two is only going to increase!
Jack’s not the only person who will be glad to see Ashley. Might she and Victor (Eric Braeden) cross paths? If there’s anyone who can get Victor to end the vendetta he has with Jack Abbott, it’s Ashley!
Victor, Victorious
Speaking of Victor, watch for the mogul to make a surprising announcement on Friday’s episode. Might he be ready to rid his family of Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) who has been living on the Newman grounds? Another likely possibility is that Victor’s announcement will have something to do with Nikki.
Victor’s wife is uppermost in his mind. Sure, the two have been sparring over the last six months over Jack and Matt. But Victor has been showing deep concern for Nikki. It’s been written all over his face. Ironically, Nikki can’t see that concern! Might Victor tip his hand with Nikki and reveal to her that he truly, deeply loves her? Or does his surprise announcement have to do with something else?
Blind Love
Nikki may have a greater affinity now for Victor Newman’s former wife, Hope Adams (Signy Coleman), who was blind, now that Nikki can’t see. Nikki may be feeling a sense of kinship with the late Hope, as Victor was so devoted to her.
In the end, however, Victor and Hope grew apart. She returned to her life in Kansas. Now, Nikki is the one who is trying to see what her next move is now that she’s survived her surgery.
Will Nikki open her heart to Victor once more? Or will she move forward without him?
