Amanda Batula is not pregnant, despite a recent video West Wilson posted on his TikTok account.
After the 34-year-old Summer House star attended a wedding with West, 31, in Montana, where she sported a suspiciously flowy mint gown, sparking reports of a potential pregnancy, she and West fueled those rumors with a cravings video. However, according to multiple sources, Amanda is not currently expecting.
“Amanda isn’t pregnant but she wants to have kids with West in the near future,” an insider told Us Weekly on July 22. “Which is why the cast is still mad at her because it seems she had these intentions all along.”
After West shared the TikTok video, which featured Amanda shopping for pickles and ice cream, foods commonly craved by pregnant women, in a baggy top, he seemed to confirm it was all in good fun by “liking” fan messages that read, “I think this is funny, sue me,” and “This is actually funny as f*ck (I get it).”
As Amanda and West continue with their romance, they’ve been spotted frequently in New York City, most recently at Jungle Bird.
“West and Amanda at Jungle Bird NYC last night. Amanda and West not all over eachother. She showed up first with friends, he came after … Amanda in the black tee behind,” a source shared with Deuxmoi on Instagram earlier this week.
During Tuesday night’s premiere of the In The City reunion, which was filmed in June, Amanda opened up about her relationship with West, noting that the two of them had not yet said, “I love you,” to each other, and hesitating to say whether she was “in love.”
“It’s a weird question to answer,” she reasoned.
Still, later in the episode, Amanda defended her romance with West, suggesting that he supported her better than Kyle Cooke, 43.
“The way that [West] like, talks to me and tells me, like, it’s just his actions … It’s different,” she shared.
As Summer House fans will recall, Amanda and West first announced their romance in March, two months after she separated from Kyle and several months after he enjoyed a short-lived reconciliation with ex-flame Ciara Miller, 30.
“We’ve seen the growing online speculation, so while this is still very new, we wanted to provide some clarity. It was never our intention to purposefully hide anything. Given the complicated dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we needed a little space to process things privately before speaking on it,” they wrote in a joint statement. “We’ve shown up for each other as friends over the years, through all the highs and lows, and what’s developed recently was the last thing that either of us expected. Our connection grew out of a genuine, long-standing friendship, which made it especially important for us to approach this with care.”
